The Pain Toolkit is for pain self-management and is designed for people who live with persistent pain and provide support via various Healthcare teams.
Versus Arthritis
The Versus Arthritis helpline is a free, confidential service, which is open to anyone affected by arthritis. Open from 9am until 8pm, Monday to Friday, the helpline advisors aim to bring all of the information and advice about arthritis into one place to provide tailored support for you.
Anyone can use the service, from people who have just been diagnosed or who have had arthritis for some time, family members and health professionals. If not able to help with an entire query they then provide comprehensive signposting on to further sources of help and information.
The Hipster Club
The Hipster Club | WHEN YOU’RE JUST TOO HIP… This is a website/blog started by a member of public about hip replacements. It offers tips for others in the same position as well as a network of others on the same journey.

Shout 85258
Shout is a 24/7 UK crisis text service available for times when people feel they need immediate support.By texting ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 a Texter will be put in touch with a trained Crisis Volunteer (CV) who will chat to them using trained techniques via text. The service is designed to help individuals to think more clearly and to take their next steps to feeling better.
The Silver Line
The Silver Line is the only free confidential helpline providing information, friendship and advice to older people, open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. There is an online referral form.

Muslim Community Helpline
The Muslim Community Helpline is a national organisation for women, men, youth and children which was launched in 2007. They are there to help and support , whatever your needs, and have trained volunteers with many years of experience on hand five days a week. They aim to provide a listening and emotional support service for members of the community in the United Kingdom. The service operates Monday to Thursday 10 am to 1 pm, Friday 10 am to 4 pm.
